Policy Details

You may return defective products within 7 days from the date of purchase. To receive a refund of the purchase price paid, the product must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. This policy is only applicable for products purchased from us directly at If you purchased from a different retailer please refer directly to their return/refund policy.  Please note that perishable goods are not subject to returns.

Once we receive your returned item, we will verify its condition and determine, in our sole discretion, whether the product is in fact, defective. If we determine that the product is defective, we will send you an identical product. If such identical product is out of stock, you may either 1) receive a refund of the purchase price paid for the returned product; or, 2) choose another product of similar value. If we determine that the product is not defective, we will not credit any amounts, nor give you the option to receive an identical product, and you will have to bear the shipping costs.

Please note that only regular priced items may be returned. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Instructions

To return any of our products, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Care Department at stating the order number, the reason for the return, the description of the damages, if any, and a copy of the receipt, purchase order, or proof of purchase. Please attach a picture of the Product. Please note that if you fail to provide a receipt, purchase order, or proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund, but will provide store credit instead. Within 5 business days, our Customer Care Department will inform you as to whether the return of the product can proceed.
  2. Pack the product in the original packaging including any documentation and accessories received with the product. Make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping. We do not cover the shipping costs for the return.
  3. Ship the package.
