14 Days Return Policy:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can create a "customer account" and easily submit a return as needed. 

  • The timeline to return a product is 14 days, but exceptions will always be considered, email us for approval.
  • For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. 
  • Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense and are either replaced or fully refunded, this includes an incorrect item in your order.
